Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • Is Cruelty Free Cleaning against animal testing?

    Cruelty Free Cleaning is strongly against animal testing and does NOT use or supply products that are tested on animals, Cruelty Free Cleaning also funds money to Cruelty Free International.

  • Do any of your products have animal ingredients in them?

    No, All our products do not have any animal tested ingredients in them and they all have the official leaping bunny logo on them to certifiy this.

  • Are your cleaning products safe to use around pets and children?

    Yes, all my cleaning products I use are safe around pets and children.

  • Are your oven cleaning products cruelty free?

    Cruelty Free Cleaning uses only certified products that are 100% Cruelty Free and displays the leaping bunny certification.

  • Are your carpet cleaning products cruelty free?

    Cruelty Free Cleaning uses only certified products that are 100% Cruelty Free.

  • What type of cleaning do you do?

    We do a range of cleaning around the home, from general house cleaning to oven cleaning and carpet cleaning, just specify what cleaning needs you require and we'll do our best to get it done.

  • How much do you charge for genral cleaning?

    £13 an hour, unless  you take out a block book, which may offer a cheaper rate.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday's and very few Sunday's can be requested for other larger jobs.

  • Do you supply any cleaning equipment?

    Yes, Cruelty Free Cleaning provides all equipment and cleaning products for your cleaning needs.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer.

  • Do you have public liability Insurance?

    Yes, Cruelty Free Cleaning is covered up to £1 million.

  • What happens to your electrical items when they develop a fault?

    All electrical items like vacuum cleaners and steam mops when in need of repair, get sent to the workshop for genral repair, if an electrical item is too expensive to repair, then we salvage parts off of that machine for future repairs.

  • What happens if a cleaner damages something?

    Any damage done by the cleaner however big or small, we work together with the customer and we find a way to deal with the damage and prevent issues like this from happening again, depending on the damage done, compensation can be given.

  • How do you deal with any virus outbreak

    Cruelty Free Cleaning will always try it's very best to reduce the risk of any virus, by cleaning specific items like door handles and light switches, this may include other items around the home that the customers may be concerned about. 

  • Is the van made from recyled materials

    Yes! the van is made from 99% recycled materials.
